The Chariot
Via Sinistrae - Jan 7 2006
We entered the temple
as sisters:
one black, one white. |
Two pillars,
two lines,
two rivers made to run
their own course
though each serves the sea. |
One black,
one white. |
Only
a trick of light. |
We entered the temple
on our knees
to rise as
the willing servants of Life,
no longer slaves
to the force of entropy.
One black |
one white. |
We became the temple
when we rose. |
Vessels for Life.
The House of God. |
The play of light... |
...through which Life dances. |
Two Priestesses drawing the chariot,
each with one foot in the world
and one foot out...
never separate,
never one.
